Transfer and Cancellation
Part 66 Examination Transfer and Cancellation Requests:
Contact:Candidates must contact the Approved Exam Centre (AEC) of UNIKL MIAT. Contact details are available in the candidates’ portal.
Timing & Fees: More than 3 Days Prior: MYR100 fee will be forfeited, but no attempt will be registered.
Within 3 Days Prior: MYR100 fee will be forfeited, and the exam will be registered as an attempt.
External Candidates: MYR300 fee will be forfeited, and the exam will be registered as an attempt.
Medical or Acceptable Reasons for Absence:
Procedure: Candidates unable to attend due to medical or other acceptable reasons must present themselves personally at the AEC office with a medical certificate or other supporting documents within 5 days after the examination date.
Discretion: The AEC has sole discretion to accept or reject the reason for absence.
Accepted Reasons: If accepted, fees may be refunded or transferred.
Rejected Reasons: MYR100 or MYR300 for external candidates will be forfeited, and the exam will be registered as an attempt.
Retaking Exams:
General Rule: Candidates who fail an exam cannot retake it for at least 90 days.
Exception for Enrolled Candidates: If enrolled in a Part 147 training course, candidates may re-sit the failed exam after 30 days, provided “retraining” in the specific subject area is identified by the training organization.
